Engr. Tokunbo Ayanlere
MNSE; C.Engr, MASCE, FNICE
He is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan and also holds a post graduate Diploma in Management from University of Lagos. He has been involved over the past three decades in planning, design and execution of various multi billion-naira projects among which is Nigeria security printing and minting factory in Abuja. Design and supervision of Afaha Obong-Etim Ekpo-Urua Inyang-Iwukem Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is a corporate member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) Member, American Society of Civil Engineers (MASCE), Fellow Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (FNICE), also on the list of “Who is Who in Engineering” published by the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and a consultant to state government in Nigeria.
He is a director in a number of other companies among which are: Liberal Global Investment Limited and Martison Services Nigeria Limited and presently the Chairman Chief Executive of Crownspring Limited.
Olaolu O. Amodu

Olaolu is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Uyo and is a consummate professional banker with a long and distinguished career in banking spanning over 20 years and a number of financial institutions. He started his banking career in the Registrars/Corporate Finance departments of International Merchant Bank Plc where he was in charge of handling the accounts of a number of Banks and was instrumental in packaging the market offering of a number of share subscriptions amongst which were those of Intercontinental Merchant Bank and EkO International Bank.
He then moved to Standard Trust Bank (present UBA Plc) where he was in charge e on a number of teams spanning the Public, Commercial and Retail Banking sectors. Laolu then joined the services of Skye Bank where he was the Unit Head of the Banks Institutional Banking Davison with responsibilities for driving the team managing Financial and non Financial Institutions. Upon relocation to the United Kingdom he joined the services of Unique Personnel Limited and due to his aggressive and performance driven accomplishments in the area of Business development he was named the pioneer Branch manager of the company’s first branch outside the head office in Stratford East London.
Upon return to the country he was employed by Oceanic Bank and managed a number of teams until he was made the Branch manager ,he excelled at this and was able to lead the branch to break even in a period of 5 months a feat unprecedented in the bank that led to him being given a letter of commendation from the MD/CEO. In 2012 he joined Standard Chartered Bank Limited has Branch manager of Wharehouse Road branch the fourth largest branch and led it to unprecedented growth in deposit assets and profitability. In recognition of this he was appointed Regional Manager in charge of Business Banking for Lagos Mainland a post he held till his appointed as managing director of Adeeva Capital Limited . Laolu is an alumni of Bangor University (UK) where he graduated with a M.Sc in Banking and Finance and has attended numerous courses both domestic and international amongst which are Developing the best manager program run by standard chartered Bank in Nairobi Kenya and Improving Senior Managers Negotiating Skills held in Accra Ghana.

Rhoda is the CEO KarFerry Limited. A performance and project management expert, with over 10 years of operational PM, HRM/HRS experience at a senior level. Her track record includes proactively devising and implementing learning and performance strategies/interventions across the Project Management and HR value chain. Rhoda has over 20 years of core operational Human Resource Management and Human Resource Strategy experience, with particular focus on implementing learning and performance strategies and designing interventions. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1992 and later in 2012 bagged a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the prestigious Birkbeck, University of London.
Rhoda has had pre and post-graduation exposure in HR/Management Consulting; she interned as a HR Auditor with Adeolu Balogun and Co. prior to graduation and started her formal career in HR with Michael Stevens Consulting in 1996. She rose to head the special project unit before joining Newman Conference and Training Center, Lagos. Here, she became exposed in her early career to public administration with designing programmes for the Ogun state chapter of Better Life for Rural Women programme and later designing and coordinating Grassroot Awareness Campaigns for ExxonMobil.
She regularly consults in the area of performance management for corporate organizations and for individual personal development and whilst proffering/designing organizational development interventions where necessary. With a Prince 2 Certification, she is involved with managing large projects and managing project teams in Nigeria and the UK, though she regularly facilitates sessions in human resources management for the Lagos Business School and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Bsc, Msc Architecture
Atureta is a highly accomplished property design and development professional with extensive experience directing multimillion-dollar developments spanning from new building construction and renovation to infrastructure projects.
He is an Innovative Architect with 18+ years hands-on experience in designing, implementing, building, supervising and developing large scale real estate development projects from inception to completion with total value in excess of $60 Million. Atureta has 9+ years in senior management positions including Deputy Managing Director, Group COO and General Manager Operations with CMB Building, Maintenance and Inv Co Ltd. Prior to CMB, he had worked in consultancy with PCD Associates with a portfolio of projects above N20b and with Dezignkraft, a design and build firm. He has expertise in all project phases from design development to closeout with outstanding reputation for meeting budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Atureta has demonstrated talents in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, resolving complex technical problems, leading teams, and communicating effectively between internal and external project stakeholders.
Atureta graduated from Federal University of Technology, Minna, with a Masters of Technology in Architecture. His favorite hobbies include grilling and collecting vintage sneakers.
Dr. Anthony T. Simon Jr
Bsc, Msc, PhD in Business Administration
Dr. Anthony T. Simon Jr. is presently Director (Project Investment and Microfinance Administration) for Adeeva Capital Limited. He is a microfinance expert with over 25 years of experience in project investment and design, management consulting, accounting, and international financing. Dr. Simon has served as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Program Director, and Finance Director for several United Nations and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) sponsored micro-finance and development projects in the United States of America and West Africa. He has vast experience in projects development and foreign companies' setup. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, Florida-USA, master's degree in accounting from Saint Leo University, Florida-USA, Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC)-USA (Now known as University of Maryland Global Campus -UMGC), and an associate degree in applied science (Accounting) from The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Maryland -USA, along with other professional certification in accounting and community services. Dr. Simon has worked as Executive Director/CEO, Comptroller, Grant Director, and Country Director for local and international non-profit organizations in the US and Africa, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dr. Simon founded in 2001 the Cooperative and Human Development Foundation International (COHDEFI), an international not-for-profit 501 (c) organization based in the United States of America, which has responded to several humanitarian emergencies in West Africa. He has also volunteered his time with local organizations (including Y of Central Maryland Kenwood Head Start program). Dr. Simon is a former Law Enforcement Officer with the State of Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in the United States of America.

She is a graduate of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Abimbola has served in various capacities and accumulated over 20 years of Banking experiences, from end to end Commercial Banking Operations, trained and facilitated Finacle banking software both in Nigeria and other African countries having been trained in Banglore, India by Infosys.
She was also a team lead of remittance products and later became a Branch Manager after delivering value-adding results. She recently left Banking to pursue higher academic goals.
