Management Team

Olaolu O. Amodu
MSc in Banking and Finance, Bsc Agric. Economics
Olaolu is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Uyo and is a consummate professional banker with a long and distinguished career in banking spanning over 20 years and a number of financial institutions. He started his banking career in the Registrars/Corporate Finance departments of International Merchant Bank Plc where he was in charge of handling the accounts of a number of Banks and was instrumental in packaging the market offering of a number of share subscriptions amongst which were those of Intercontinental Merchant Bank and EkO International Bank.
He then moved to Standard Trust Bank (present UBA Plc) where he was in charge e on a number of teams spanning the Public, Commercial and Retail Banking sectors. Laolu then joined the services of Skye Bank where he was the Unit Head of the Banks Institutional Banking Davison with responsibilities for driving the team managing Financial and non Financial Institutions. Upon relocation to the United Kingdom he joined the services of Unique Personnel Limited and due to his aggressive and performance driven accomplishments in the area of Business development he was named the pioneer Branch manager of the company’s first branch outside the head office in Stratford East London.

Upon return to the country he was employed by Oceanic Bank and managed a number of teams until he was made the Branch manager ,he excelled at this and was able to lead the branch to break even in a period of 5 months a feat unprecedented in the bank that led to him being given a letter of commendation from the MD/CEO. In 2012 he joined Standard Chartered Bank Limited has Branch manager of Wharehouse Road branch the fourth largest branch and led it to unprecedented growth in deposit assets and profitability. In recognition of this he was appointed Regional Manager in charge of Business Banking for Lagos Mainland a post he held till his appointed as managing director of Adeeva Capital Limited . Laolu is an alumni of Bangor University (UK) where he graduated with a M.Sc in Banking and Finance and has attended numerous courses both domestic and international amongst which are Developing the best manager program run by standard chartered Bank in Nairobi Kenya and Improving Senior Managers Negotiating Skills held in Accra Ghana.

Omolayo Olamakinji
Omolayo Olamakinji is a versatile professional with close to twenty-eight years post qualification experience. He started his working career in 1991 with Lagos State Government as Resident Internal Auditor. While with Lagos State Government; he worked as Internal Auditor in several ministries including Hospitals Management Board, Political and General Administration, Ministry of Finance, etc. In June 2000, he joined the services of Societe Generale Bank Limited as Investigation Officer.

He also worked with Oceanic Bank International Plc (now part of Ecobank Plc) as Inspector and Internal Auditor for about 8 years. He was the Pioneer Management Consultant in-charge of Time Value Consultant Limited between 2010 and 2015. He worked in Sterling Partners & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants as a freelance auditor specializing in Internal Audits from 2010 to January 2019 before he disengaged to take up the present assignment.

Omolayo obtained two Masters Degrees both in Business Administration and Economics. He is a Fellow of the Charter Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is a paper presenter for Lagos and District Society of ICAN and he is also involved in training would-be Chartered Accountants. He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos.

Emmanuel Archibong Akpan
Emmanuel Archibong Akpan is a First-Class graduate of Information Science, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. A chartered Librarian (CLN), a professional salesman with 18 years experience in marketing of financial services (Insurance, Pensions, HMO). Emmanuel has worked in reputable organizations which includes Mutual Benefits Assurance, PAL Pensions, Leadway PFA, Axa Mansard Insurance and Anchor HMO. He has attended relevant and strategic seminars on Management Principles, marketing and Business development.

Emmanuel is a member of professional institutes which includes Chartered Institute of personnel Management (CIPM), Institute of Sales and Marketing management of Nigeria (ISMMN), National Institute of marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). He is currently the Head Of Business Development, Adeeva Capital Limited.

Emmanuel Uchechukwu Duru
HND, PGD Management, PGD Finance
Duru Enmmanuel is a highly competent, smart working and adaptable Business Development Executive with over 18+ years of experience as a relationship manager, head of operations, business development manager, credit and marketing manager, branch and risk manager. He started his career with Private Banking Group in 1988 as a relationship officer. While still on the job he was promoted a Team Leader 1990. He moved to Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited in 1992.

Same 1992, he was employed in Oceanic Bank as a Head of Operation. He joined Inland Bank PLC in 1995 as Senior Operation Officer. There he rose to Branch Manager in 2004 and Regional Credit Coordinator-Enterprise and Credit Risk Management in 2007. He was with Finbank PLC between 2010 and 2012 as the Head, Credit Risk Analysis Management (Lagos & South West). He went into private business between 2013 and 2016. He joined the services of Adeeva Capital in 2017. Qualification wise, he obtained HND in Banking & Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Masters in Business Administration & Finance.
